Sky & Freesat
Professional dish installation, realignment and cabling for Sky Q, Freesat and replacement satellite systems.

Satellite dish installation, repair, realignment and foreign-language systems — Sky Q, Sky Glass, Freesat and Hotbird.

Professional dish installation, realignment and cabling for Sky Q, Freesat and replacement satellite systems.

Safe installations on high, steep and awkward roofs where provider engineers may be unable to work.

Accurate Hotbird, Astra, Türksat and European satellite alignment for reliable foreign-language television.
From a one-off dish realignment to a fresh multi-room Sky Q install, we do this all day, every day.
Fresh Sky dish installs, Sky Q hybrid setups and Sky Glass / Stream commissioning. Cabling routed neatly, mini boxes paired and Wi-Fi tested before we leave.
Dish knocked off-axis by wind, missing channels, picture freezing? We re-align with a calibrated meter and replace any damaged brackets, cable or LNBs.
The LNB on the end of the dish arm is the part that fails most often. Quad, octo or wideband — we carry replacements and can usually swap on the first visit.
200+ free HD channels with no monthly subscription — a popular Sky replacement. We supply and install Freesat receivers and recorders, including for second TVs and bedrooms.
Polish, German, Italian, Greek, Turkish, Arabic and Asian channels via Hotbird 13°E, Astra 19.2°E, Astra 28.2°E, Arabsat, Nilesat and Türksat. Multi-LNB monoblock rigs a speciality.
Cancelling Sky? We can re-cable your existing dish to a Freesat box and keep most of the channels you actually watch — no monthly bill.
One dish feeding multiple rooms via quad/octo LNB or a multiswitch — ideal for family homes, holiday lets and B&Bs.
Integrated Reception Systems for blocks of flats, care homes and holiday parks — Freeview, Freesat and Sky to every outlet from a single headend.
Independent satellite engineers covering Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire — new Sky dish installation, satellite dish repair, dish realignment, LNB replacement, Freesat installs and European / international satellite systems including Hotbird, Astra 19.2°E, Arabsat, Nilesat and Türksat. We go where Sky's own engineers won't — listed buildings, high or steep roofs, awkward access.
Sky's own engineers have limits. Height restrictions, awkward locations and listed buildings are all reasons Sky will decline an install and leave you stuck. We're not bound by those restrictions — fully trained to work at height and happy to take on the installs other companies won't. And because we're independent, we fit any system — Sky, Freesat, Hotbird, Arabsat — and help you pick the one that's genuinely right for you.
Honest, upfront pricing. Exact quotes depend on property type, access and equipment. Every price includes parts, labour and our two-year guarantee — we'll confirm the exact cost before we start.
We fit any system, recommend what's right, and won't sell you into a contract you don't need.
Steep roofs, three-storey terraces, chimney mounts, conservation areas — work Sky routinely declines, we take on every week.
Lost signal, blown LNB or dish knocked off bearing? Call before midday and we'll usually be there the same day.
Hotbird, Astra 28.2°E, Arabsat, Nilesat, Türksat — we know the bird positions and the right multi-LNB rigs to use.
No — Sky Glass and Sky Stream are fully IP based. We can decommission the old dish and patch the wall, or repurpose the cable run for a Freesat backup.
Yes. Our engineers are fully trained to work at height and equipped for steep or awkward roofs — including the installs Sky's own teams routinely decline.
Yes. We install Astra 19.2°E, Hotbird 13°E and Astra 28.2°E dishes — single or multi-LNB — across Bucks and Herts.
A standard dish realignment or LNB swap is from £100 including the call-out and basic parts. Cable replacement, new brackets or heavily corroded mountings can add to that — we'll always confirm the cost before doing the work.
Sky is steering most new customers to Sky Stream and Sky Glass, which don't need a dish. If you specifically want a satellite-based Sky Q install, an independent like us is now often the only practical route — especially on awkward properties.
Sometimes — a clear unobstructed line of sight to the satellite is essential. Loft installs rarely work for satellite due to the foil-backed insulation, but ground-level pole mounts in the garden are a great solution for listed properties.
