Do I still need a Sky dish for Sky Glass or Stream?

No — Sky Glass and Sky Stream are fully IP based. We can decommission the old dish and patch the wall, or repurpose the cable run for a Freesat backup.
Can you align a dish on a difficult or high-up roof?

Yes. Our engineers are fully trained to work at height and equipped for steep or awkward roofs — including the installs Sky's own teams routinely decline.
Can you install European satellite for Polish or German TV?

Yes. We install Astra 19.2°E, Hotbird 13°E and Astra 28.2°E dishes — single or multi-LNB — across Bucks and Herts.
How much does it cost to repair a satellite dish?

A standard dish realignment or LNB swap is from £100 including the call-out and basic parts. Cable replacement, new brackets or heavily corroded mountings can add to that — we'll always confirm the cost before doing the work.
Will Sky still install a new dish in 2026?

Sky is steering most new customers to Sky Stream and Sky Glass, which don't need a dish. If you specifically want a satellite-based Sky Q install, an independent like us is now often the only practical route — especially on awkward properties.
Can you install a satellite dish in the loft or on the ground?

Sometimes — a clear unobstructed line of sight to the satellite is essential. Loft installs rarely work for satellite due to the foil-backed insulation, but ground-level pole mounts in the garden are a great solution for listed properties.
