Can you install Sky Q if Sky said no?

Almost always, yes. The most common reasons Sky decline a job are working at height, steep roofs, listed buildings and conservation areas. We're trained and equipped for all of those and we do these installs every week.
Does Sky Q need a different dish from Sky+ HD?

The dish is the same, but Sky Q requires a wideband LNB (the bit at the end of the arm) and two satellite cables back to the main box instead of one. We carry the wideband LNB and install the second cable as part of the upgrade.
Will I still need a Sky subscription if you install Sky Q for me?

Yes. Sky Q is the equipment; the channels themselves come from your Sky subscription. We can install the hardware on a new build or empty property and you pair it with your Sky account when ready.
How much does Sky Q installation cost compared to Sky's own price?

It varies. For a straightforward install Sky may bundle the equipment into your subscription. For awkward properties or where Sky refuses to attend, our typical Sky Q install is from £220 — often less than the call-out charges Sky quote for difficult sites.
