What areas do you cover?
+
Every postcode in Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire — Aylesbury, High Wycombe, Amersham, Beaconsfield, Marlow, St Albans, Watford, Hemel Hempstead, Berkhamsted, Tring and Harpenden are all daily routes.
Do you charge a call-out fee?
+
No. We give fixed quotes before any work starts. If you're not happy with the price, there's nothing to pay.
Are you insured?
+
Yes — £5m public liability and £10m employer's liability. Certificates available on request.
Are you CAI accredited?
+
Yes. We are CAI Plus accredited installers and RDI registered. Every engineer carries ID.
How fast can you come out?
+
Same-day slots are available Monday to Saturday for repairs. Call before 11am for the best chance of a same-day visit.
Coverage & same-day questions.
Do you cover High Wycombe?
+
Yes — High Wycombe (HP10–HP15) is a regular daily route for us. We install and repair TV aerials, satellite dishes and CCTV systems across the town and surrounding villages including Downley, Hazlemere and Hughenden Valley. Same-day appointments are usually available.
Can you repair aerials in Aylesbury the same day?
+
In most cases, yes. Aylesbury (HP18–HP22) is our home base, so we can usually offer same-day aerial repairs if you call before 11am. That covers pixelation, no signal, storm damage, broken downleads and loose connections.
Do you work in St Albans and Watford?
+
Yes — we cover both St Albans (AL1–AL5) and Watford (WD17–WD25) every week. We're familiar with the local transmitters (Crystal Palace and Sandy Heath) and the signal challenges in built-up Hertfordshire streets.
Can you install Starlink in Buckinghamshire?
+
Yes. We install Starlink across rural Buckinghamshire — including Princes Risborough, Wendover, Great Missenden and the Chiltern villages. We handle the full mount, cable routing and Wi-Fi mesh setup.
Do you install CCTV in Amersham and Beaconsfield?
+
Yes — Amersham (HP6–HP7) and Beaconsfield (HP9) are well within our coverage. We fit smart home CCTV, commercial systems and remote-monitoring setups with full app integration.
Do you fit home cinema systems in Hemel Hempstead?
+
Yes. We install full home cinema and audio-visual systems across Hemel Hempstead (HP1–HP3) and the surrounding area — projector mounting, surround sound, acoustic panels and smart control integration.
Can you fix my aerial in Marlow?
+
Yes — Marlow (SL7) is a regular route. We handle aerial repairs, realignments, cable replacements and new installs across the town and nearby villages including Bisham and Medmenham.
Do you cover Berkhamsted and Tring?
+
Yes — both Berkhamsted (HP4) and Tring (HP23) are in our Hertfordshire coverage area. We visit weekly for aerial and satellite work, with same-day availability depending on engineer location.
Can you mount a TV on the wall in Aylesbury?
+
Yes — TV wall mounting is one of our most requested services in Aylesbury. We supply and fit slim flat-to-wall brackets, full-motion arms and above-fireplace mounts, with all cables hidden.
Do you install satellite dishes in Harpenden?
+
Yes — Harpenden (AL5) is well within our coverage. We install Sky Q, Freesat, foreign-language satellite and multi-room systems, including the installs Sky's own engineers sometimes decline.
By service type.
How do I know if I need a new aerial or just a repair?
+
If only some channels pixelate, it's usually a signal strength issue — could be the aerial, cable or connections. If everything has gone, it's more likely a cable fault or damaged aerial. Call us — we can usually diagnose over the phone.
Do I need a special aerial for Freeview HD?
+
Many modern wideband aerials handle HD fine, but aerials fitted before the 2012 digital switchover may not. If you're missing HD channels or struggling with BBC HD or ITV HD, an aerial upgrade is usually the fix.
Can you fit an aerial in a loft instead of on the roof?
+
Sometimes. A loft aerial avoids roof penetration but receives a weaker signal. We'll test signal in your loft before fitting anything and only recommend it if it'll give you reliable results.
How long will my new aerial last?
+
A quality aerial properly installed should last 10–15 years or more. We use durable, corrosion-resistant aerials suited to the UK climate, with weatherproofing at every entry point.
How much does a TV aerial repair cost?
+
Most aerial repairs across Bucks and Herts come in between £100 and £160 — that covers the call-out, diagnostic, realignment and minor replacement parts. Cracked sockets, fresh downleads and weatherproofing are usually included. If your aerial is genuinely beyond repair we'll quote a replacement before doing anything.
Why does my TV keep saying 'no signal'?
+
Nine times out of ten it's one of three things: a snapped or pulled-out aerial cable, a corroded wall socket, or an aerial that's drifted off alignment in the wind. A 30-minute diagnostic visit will tell you definitively — and 90% of the time we fix it in the same call-out.
My aerial was damaged in a storm — can you help with the insurance claim?
+
Yes. We can attend, photograph the damage, and provide a written repair / replacement quote suitable for your home insurance claim. Many insurers settle these as accidental damage with the right paperwork.
Do I still need a Sky dish for Sky Glass or Stream?
+
No — Sky Glass and Sky Stream are fully IP based. We can decommission the old dish and patch the wall, or repurpose the cable run for a Freesat backup.
Can you align a dish on a difficult or high-up roof?
+
Yes. Our engineers are fully trained to work at height and equipped for steep or awkward roofs — including the installs Sky's own teams routinely decline.
Can you install European satellite for Polish or German TV?
+
Yes. We install Astra 19.2°E, Hotbird 13°E and Astra 28.2°E dishes — single or multi-LNB — across Bucks and Herts.
How much does it cost to repair a satellite dish?
+
A standard dish realignment or LNB swap is from £100 including the call-out and basic parts. Cable replacement, new brackets or heavily corroded mountings can add to that — we'll always confirm the cost before doing the work.
Will Sky still install a new dish in 2026?
+
Sky is steering most new customers to Sky Stream and Sky Glass, which don't need a dish. If you specifically want a satellite-based Sky Q install, an independent like us is now often the only practical route — especially on awkward properties.
Can you install a satellite dish in the loft or on the ground?
+
Sometimes — a clear unobstructed line of sight to the satellite is essential. Loft installs rarely work for satellite due to the foil-backed insulation, but ground-level pole mounts in the garden are a great solution for listed properties.
Can I buy my own Starlink kit and just have you install it?
+
Absolutely. Many customers buy direct from Starlink and use us purely for the install — mounting, cable management and setup.
What speeds can I expect from Starlink?
+
UK Residential users typically see 100–300 Mbps down, 20–40 Mbps up, with 20–60ms latency. That's significantly faster than ADSL and competitive with standard fibre.
Does it work in bad weather?
+
Starlink is more weather-resilient than older satellite broadband. Heavy snow is the main issue and the dish has a built-in heater for light snowfall. Heavy rain can cause minor speed dips but rarely full outages.
Do I need planning permission for a Starlink dish?
+
Usually no — Starlink dishes are covered by permitted development rights like satellite dishes. Listed buildings and some conservation areas may require consent. We'll advise as part of the survey.
How much does professional Starlink installation cost?
+
From £250 if you supply the hardware. That covers the obstruction survey, weatherproof mounting, cable run, router siting and a Wi-Fi speed test at handover. Long runs, mesh and bespoke pole mounts are quoted on top.
Can you install Starlink Mini?
+
Yes — Starlink Mini is increasingly popular for second homes, garden offices and rural businesses. We mount it permanently outdoors, sort the cabling and configure the Wi-Fi.
Can you mount any size TV?
+
Yes — we carry brackets rated from 32" up to 85" and beyond. For very large or heavy screens we'll spec a heavy-duty bracket and confirm wall fixings are right for the load. We always check VESA compatibility before we arrive.
My wall is solid brick. Can you still mount a TV on it?
+
Absolutely. Solid brick is actually ideal for TV mounting. We use proper masonry anchors and carbide-tipped bits for clean holes.
Do you hide the cables in the wall?
+
In most cases, yes. Cables can run in neat surface trunking or — for a completely flush finish — be chased into the wall and made good. We'll show you both options and let you decide.
Do I need to buy the bracket before you arrive?
+
No — we carry a range of brackets and can supply the right one for your screen. If you've already bought one, tell us the make and model when you book and we'll confirm it's suitable.
How much does it cost to wall mount a TV?
+
Standard install from £150 if you supply the bracket, or £180 including a quality fixed/tilt bracket. Add £40 for trunked cable concealment, or more for chased-and-plastered in-wall cabling. Soundbars and additional sockets are quoted on top.
Can you move a TV that's already been mounted?
+
Yes — relocations are one of our most common jobs. We remove the existing bracket, make good the holes (filled and primed), re-mount on the new wall and re-route the cabling.
Do you also install soundbars and surround sound?
+
Yes. Soundbars are usually added in the same visit. For full 5.1 or Atmos surround we'll quote that as an AV install — see our Audio Visual page.
What's the difference between a home cinema and a media room?
+
A dedicated home cinema is blacked-out with acoustic treatment, projector and screen, full surround. A media room is a flexible living space with a large TV and quality audio — not sacrificed entirely to cinema. We design and install both.
Do I need to provide the equipment or do you supply it?
+
Either works. We have trade accounts with all the major brands and can source competitively. Many customers prefer to buy themselves and use us purely for install.
We're building an extension. When should we get AV involved?
+
As early as possible — ideally at first fix, before walls and ceilings are closed up. That's when we can run cables and position speakers without making good afterwards.
Can you integrate our existing Sonos setup?
+
Yes — Sonos is one of the systems we work with most. We can tie existing zones into a wider AV system and add control interface layers if needed.
How much does a home cinema cost to install?
+
A media-room upgrade can start from £2,500 with a quality 4K TV, surround sound and tidy cabling. A dedicated cinema room with projector, Atmos surround and acoustic treatment typically runs £8,000–£25,000+ depending on spec. We quote each project individually after a site visit.
Do you repair or upgrade existing AV systems?
+
Yes — fault-finding on AV receivers, HDMI matrices and projectors is a regular job for us. We can also upgrade components piece-by-piece rather than replace the lot.
Do I need planning permission for CCTV at home?
+
Domestic CCTV usually falls under permitted development. Commercial premises in conservation areas or listed buildings may have restrictions. If cameras overlook a path or neighbour you must comply with UK GDPR — we provide signage and a written policy.
Can I view my CCTV cameras remotely on my phone?
+
Yes — every system we install includes a smartphone app for live view, recording playback and motion alerts from anywhere with internet.
How long is footage stored?
+
Depends on recorder capacity and resolution. A typical residential system with a 1TB drive stores 30 days of motion-triggered footage from 4 cameras. We can spec larger storage or cloud backup for longer retention.
Can you upgrade my old CCTV system instead of replacing it?
+
Often yes. If your existing cabling is in good condition we can frequently upgrade just the cameras and recorder — significantly cheaper than a full replacement.
How much does CCTV installation cost?
+
A typical 2-camera home system starts from £450 fully installed; a 4-camera HD system from £700. Commercial 4K systems with 30-day retention start from around £950. We always quote in writing after a free site survey.
Do you repair CCTV systems you didn't install?
+
Yes — a lot of our work is fixing other installers' systems. We'll diagnose the fault, give you an honest 'repair vs replace' opinion and quote accordingly.
Can I view my CCTV cameras when I'm abroad?
+
Yes. Every system we install is set up for secure remote viewing on iOS and Android from anywhere with an internet connection — no monthly fees.
Can you work outside normal business hours to avoid disruption?
+
Yes — for commercial clients we schedule installs and maintenance outside business hours including evenings and weekends. We agree a schedule that minimises disruption to your operation.
Do you offer maintenance contracts?
+
Yes. Quarterly or annual contracts include scheduled inspections, testing and minor repairs, priority call-out response and consolidated invoicing — popular with property management and hospitality clients.
Can you maintain a system you didn't install?
+
Yes, in most cases. We'll survey the existing system first and advise if any components need attention before we can provide a maintenance commitment.
Can I use my existing Sky dish for Freesat?
+
Yes — in the vast majority of cases. Sky and Freesat use the same satellite (Astra 28.2°E), so as long as the dish, LNB and cabling are sound, we just connect a Freesat receiver to it. We test signal on the first visit and only quote a new dish if yours is genuinely past it.
Do I really pay nothing per month for Freesat?
+
Correct. Freesat is a free-to-air service jointly run by the BBC and ITV. You pay once for the equipment and installation, then nothing. No contract, no credit check, no monthly bill. You still need a TV Licence, the same as for Freeview or Sky.
What channels do I lose by moving from Sky to Freesat?
+
You lose Sky's own channels — Sky Sports, Sky Cinema, Sky Atlantic and a handful of others. You keep BBC, ITV, Channel 4, Channel 5, all their HD variants, the children's channels, BBC iPlayer, ITVX, All 4, My5, plus around 180 other free channels. For most households that's everything they actually watched.
Does Freesat work in HD and 4K?
+
Yes. Around 30 channels are in HD as standard and Freesat 4K recorders support UHD content where broadcast. Picture quality on BBC One HD via Freesat is identical to BBC One HD on Sky.
How long does a Freesat installation take?
+
A Sky-to-Freesat conversion using your existing dish is usually 60–90 minutes. A brand-new dish installation including alignment, cabling and receiver setup is typically two to three hours.
Do you cover all of Bucks and Herts?
+
Yes — every HP, MK, AL, WD and LU postcode, plus parts of OX9 and SG. Same-day Freesat installs are usually possible if you call before midday.
Can you install Sky Q if Sky said no?
+
Almost always, yes. The most common reasons Sky decline a job are working at height, steep roofs, listed buildings and conservation areas. We're trained and equipped for all of those and we do these installs every week.
Does Sky Q need a different dish from Sky+ HD?
+
The dish is the same, but Sky Q requires a wideband LNB (the bit at the end of the arm) and two satellite cables back to the main box instead of one. We carry the wideband LNB and install the second cable as part of the upgrade.
Will I still need a Sky subscription if you install Sky Q for me?
+
Yes. Sky Q is the equipment; the channels themselves come from your Sky subscription. We can install the hardware on a new build or empty property and you pair it with your Sky account when ready.
How much does Sky Q installation cost compared to Sky's own price?
+
It varies. For a straightforward install Sky may bundle the equipment into your subscription. For awkward properties or where Sky refuses to attend, our typical Sky Q install is from £220 — often less than the call-out charges Sky quote for difficult sites.
Can you install Sky Q multiroom (mini boxes) at the same time?
+
Yes. We supply and install Sky Q mini boxes in any additional rooms, pair them to the main box and tune the mesh network so recordings, playback and live TV work seamlessly across the home.
Do you cover all of Aylesbury and the surrounding HP postcodes?
+
Yes — Aylesbury, Wendover, Tring, Berkhamsted, Hemel Hempstead, Amersham, High Wycombe, Princes Risborough, Chesham and every HP, MK, AL, WD and LU postcode in between.
How much does an aerial repair cost?
+
Most aerial repairs across Bucks and Herts come in between £100 and £160. That covers the call-out, diagnostic on a calibrated meter, realignment or minor part replacement (cables, sockets, connectors) and full weatherproofing. We confirm the fixed price before any work starts.
Can you repair my aerial today?
+
Yes, in most of our coverage area, if you call before midday. We carry common replacement parts — wideband and Group A aerials, mast-head amplifiers, WF100 coax, wall plates and brackets — so most jobs are completed on the first visit.
Do I need a new aerial, or can the old one be repaired?
+
Often the old one is fine. We'd estimate that 7 out of 10 aerial call-outs turn out to be cable, connector or amplifier faults — not the aerial itself. We always test before quoting and only recommend a full replacement when the aerial is genuinely past it.
What if you can't fix the signal?
+
Then you don't pay. Our "no signal, no charge" policy means if we cannot restore a usable signal, the call-out is free. We're confident enough in the work to back it that way.
Will my home insurance pay for storm-damaged aerial repair?
+
Often, yes. Most household policies cover accidental and storm damage to external fixtures. We provide photographs of the damage and a written repair or replacement quote suitable for an insurance claim.
Do you guarantee aerial repair work?
+
Yes — every repair is covered by our two-year guarantee on parts and workmanship. If the same fault returns inside that period, we're back to fix it at no charge.
What's the difference between MATV and IRS?
+
MATV (Master Antenna Television) is a communal Freeview-only system — one aerial feeding every flat. IRS (Integrated Reception System) adds satellite reception into the same distribution, so every flat can also subscribe to Sky or use Freesat from the communal dish farm. IRS is the modern standard for new builds and serious upgrades.
Do you provide design and specification for new-build developments?
+
Yes. We work directly with developers, M&E consultants and main contractors. We survey the site, produce a schematic, specify CAI Code of Practice 7 compliant equipment, and price the install end-to-end including sign-off documentation.
Can you upgrade our existing communal system without re-cabling every flat?
+
In most blocks, yes. The existing risers are usually fine — the components that fail are the headend, amplifiers and multiswitches. We can typically deliver full IRS by replacing the rooftop equipment and re-using the existing in-flat cabling.
Do you offer maintenance contracts for managed properties?
+
Yes. Quarterly and annual contracts include scheduled signal testing, headend inspection, weatherproofing checks and priority tenant call-out response. Consolidated monthly or quarterly invoicing — popular with managing agents looking after multiple sites.
Are your communal installations compliant for building regulations?
+
Yes. Our installations meet the Confederation of Aerial Industries Code of Practice 7 and we provide signal-test reports per outlet, system schematics and commissioning certificates — everything a building inspector or warranty provider needs.
How quickly can you respond to a tenant-reported fault?
+
Under most contracts we attend within 24 hours of report, often the same day. Out-of-hours and weekend cover is available for hotel, care home and managed-residential clients.
Do I need a dedicated room for a proper home cinema?
+
No. A media-lounge approach — using your existing living room or snug with a ceiling projector and ALR screen — delivers excellent cinema performance and stays useful as a normal TV room during the day. A dedicated room with blackout and acoustic treatment is the next step up if budget and space allow.
Projector or large 4K TV — which is better?
+
Above 75 inches, a 4K projector becomes significantly more cost-effective per inch and gives the cinema feel large TVs simply can't. Below 65 inches a high-end OLED still wins on contrast. We survey the room and recommend what suits your specific space and viewing distance.
Can you install Dolby Atmos in a room with a vaulted or beamed ceiling?
+
Yes — and we do this often in Chilterns and Herts barn conversions. Atmos height speakers can be installed on beams or behind acoustically transparent panels where in-ceiling installation isn't possible.
Will my existing soundbar work, or do I need full speakers?
+
A good Atmos soundbar (Sonos, Sennheiser Ambeo, Samsung Q-series) is a genuine option for media lounges and works well with the right room. A true 5.1.2 or 7.1.4 discrete speaker layout is a noticeable step up if you have the room and the budget — we'll demo the difference if you're undecided.
Do you calibrate the picture and sound after install?
+
Yes — every install includes picture calibration with a colour meter and audio room correction. The system leaves us tuned to the room, not at factory defaults.
How long does a home cinema installation take?
+
A media-lounge upgrade is typically one or two days. A full dedicated cinema room with build-out, cabling, projector, screen, Atmos speakers and integration is usually two to four weeks depending on building work.
How much does an extra TV point cost?
+
Most extra-point jobs in Bucks and Herts are from £160 fixed price — including parts, in-wall cable run, screened wall plate, channel scan and signal re-balance on the existing outlets. Longer runs or cross-floor jobs are quoted on the visit before any work starts.
Will adding another TV point weaken my existing rooms?
+
It can, on a one-outlet aerial feeding too many TVs. We test signal at every outlet before and after, and fit a properly-rated distribution amplifier if needed so every room stays strong.
Can you run the cable without surface trunking?
+
Yes — that's the default. We run cabling inside wall cavities, behind plasterboard, through the loft or under floors. Surface trunking is only used if there is genuinely no other route, and only with your agreement.
Can I add a TV point in a garden room or outbuilding?
+
Yes. We use outdoor-rated coax buried or run discreetly along the eaves, terminating in a weatherproof outlet inside the outbuilding. Most garden-room TV feeds are completed in half a day.
How long does adding a TV point take?
+
Most additional-point jobs take 90 minutes to three hours, depending on the cable route. Multiple-point or outbuilding jobs are usually a half-day.
Do you guarantee the work?
+
Yes — every TV-point installation is covered by our two-year guarantee on parts and workmanship.
How much does it cost to repair a satellite dish?
+
A standard dish realignment is from £100 including the call-out and basic adjustments. An LNB swap is from £140 (or £160 for a Sky Q wideband LNB). Cable replacement or major bracket work can add to that — we always confirm a fixed price before doing any work.
Can you repair a satellite dish today?
+
Yes, in most of our coverage area, if you call before midday. We carry standard and wideband LNBs, F-connectors, twin satellite cable, mounting brackets and weatherproofing in the van — most repairs are a first-visit fix.
Sky said they can't attend my property — can you?
+
Almost certainly. Sky's most common refusals are for working at height, steep roofs, listed buildings, conservation areas and chimney mounts. We're trained and equipped for all of those.
Can you re-align my foreign-language satellite dish?
+
Yes. We re-align Hotbird 13°E, Astra 19.2°E, Astra 28.2°E, Arabsat, Nilesat and Türksat dishes — single and multi-LNB monoblock setups. We know the geometry and carry the right cabling and brackets.
What if the dish itself is beyond repair?
+
We'll show you on the meter and quote a fixed-price replacement before doing anything. New dish, new LNB, new cabling where needed — same-day in most cases.
Do you guarantee the repair?
+
Yes — every dish repair is covered by our two-year guarantee on parts and workmanship.
Do I need listed-building consent to install a TV aerial or satellite dish?
+
Often yes, especially for anything on the front elevation or roof of a Grade I or II listed building. For conservation areas the rules vary by local authority. We assess your specific property before quoting and, where consent is needed, we'll prepare and submit the supporting documentation.
Can I have a satellite dish on a listed building?
+
Usually yes, with sympathetic positioning. Garden-pole mounts that don't touch the property are the most consent-friendly option. Where the dish must be on the building, rear-elevation, chimney-shadow and colour-matched positions are normally acceptable to conservation officers.
Will a loft aerial give me the same picture as one on the roof?
+
If signal in the loft tests strong enough, yes — the picture quality is identical. We test signal with a calibrated meter in your loft before quoting and only recommend a loft aerial if it'll give reliable Freeview HD on every channel.
Which conservation areas do you cover?
+
All of them across Bucks and Herts — Aylesbury Old Town, St Albans cathedral quarter, Amersham Old Town, Berkhamsted, Wendover, Tring, Marlow, Beaconsfield Old Town, Harpenden, Tring, Princes Risborough and more. We work in heritage settings every week.
Can you redo an existing install that was done unsympathetically?
+
Yes — and we do this often, especially after property purchases. We'll remove the existing installation, make good the original fixings and re-install sympathetically to current conservation expectations.
Do you liaise with conservation officers on my behalf?
+
Yes. Where formal consent or pre-application advice is needed we prepare the photographs, written method statement and application paperwork, and liaise with the local conservation officer or planning department directly.
Why has my TV aerial suddenly stopped working?
+
The three most common causes we see are: a snapped or water-damaged downlead (especially after wind or rain), an aerial that has come off its bearing in a storm, or a failed mast-head amplifier. Less commonly the aerial itself is genuinely past its life. A calibrated signal-meter diagnosis tells us which in 10–15 minutes.
Why is my Freeview picture pixelating or freezing?
+
Pixelation is the classic symptom of a weak or unstable signal. The usual causes are a mis-aligned aerial, water in a connector or wall plate, a failing amplifier, or — increasingly — 4G/5G interference from nearby mobile masts. A signal meter at the wall plate and at the aerial pinpoints which.
I've lost BBC HD / ITV HD / Channel 4 HD — what should I do?
+
First, retune the TV from the menu — HD multiplex frequencies sometimes change. If that doesn't bring them back, the aerial is most likely a narrow-band (Group A) type that can't reach the HD frequencies cleanly. A wideband upgrade or a re-alignment to a stronger transmitter usually fixes it.
Is it worth repairing my aerial or should I just replace it?
+
In our experience around 7 out of 10 aerial call-outs across Bucks and Herts turn out to be cable, connector or amplifier faults — not the aerial itself. We always test before quoting and only recommend a full replacement when the aerial is genuinely past its useful life. Repair is almost always cheaper.
Can you fix my aerial today?
+
In most of our coverage area, yes — if you call before midday. We carry wideband and Group A aerials, mast-head amplifiers, WF100 coax, wall plates and brackets on the van, so most aerial faults are completed on the first visit.
What if the fault turns out not to be the aerial?
+
We diagnose the whole signal chain — aerial, downlead, splitters, amplifiers, wall plates and the TV input. If the fault is somewhere other than the aerial we'll show you on the meter and fix the actual cause, not the symptom.
How much does a typical aerial repair cost?
+
Most aerial repairs across Bucks and Herts come in between £100 and £160 including the call-out, diagnostic and minor parts. A full replacement aerial fitted is typically £220–£320 depending on bracket and mast requirements. We confirm a fixed price before any work starts.
Do you guarantee aerial repair work?
+
Yes — every repair is covered by our two-year guarantee on parts and workmanship. If the same fault returns inside that period, we're back to fix it at no charge.
