New-build first and second fix
We work to developer programmes — first-fix cable runs at plasterboard stage, second-fix outlets and headend commissioning before handover. Sign-off documentation included.

Communal aerial, IRS and MATV system design, installation and maintenance for landlords, developers and managing agents across Bucks & Herts.
From a single failing headend in a 1980s block to a fresh first-fix on a new-build development, this is daily work for us.

Existing MATV-only systems upgraded to full IRS so every flat gets Freeview HD plus Sky/Freesat — without re-cabling every riser.
End-of-life amplifiers, failing multiswitches and rusted dish farms replaced with current-spec equipment and a per-outlet re-balance.
Single aerial feeding every tenant room — keeps the landlord compliant and the tenants happy, with no dishes hanging out of bedroom windows.
Quiet, low-impact installs scheduled around resident routines, with Freeview HD plus selected satellite channels at every bedside outlet.
Per-room Freeview Pro and IPTV, hotel info channels and remote management — ideal for boutique and mid-size hotels in the Chilterns.
Communal feed to every lodge or static, satellite included for foreign-visitor channels — sturdy enough for the weather, simple enough for housekeeping to reset.
Quarterly or annual planned maintenance, signal re-testing, headend cleaning, plus priority call-out cover for tenant-reported faults.
Communal aerial system design, installation, upgrade and maintenance across Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire. Integrated Reception Systems (IRS), MATV (Master Antenna Television) and SMATV for blocks of flats, HMOs, student accommodation, care homes, hotels, holiday parks and new-build developments. One headend feeding Freeview, Freesat and Sky to every flat from a single roof installation — fully compliant with CAI Code of Practice 7 and signed off for building regulations.
Communal aerial systems are unforgiving. One headend has to feed every flat, every outlet, every channel — reliably, year after year, often with limited roof access and zero tolerance for a tenant losing their TV on a Saturday night. We design, install, commission and maintain IRS, MATV and SMATV systems across Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire — for new-build developers, housing associations, managing agents, HMO landlords, care home operators and hospitality clients. Every system we install is CAI Code of Practice 7 compliant, per-outlet signal-tested, and signed off with documentation suitable for building regulations and warranty claims.
Honest, upfront pricing. Exact quotes depend on property type, access and equipment. Every price includes parts, labour and our two-year guarantee — we'll confirm the exact cost before we start.
We don't subcontract. The engineer who designs your system specs the parts and commissions it — and the same team picks up service calls afterwards.
Our communal work follows the Confederation of Aerial Industries Code of Practice 7. That's what surveyors, warranty providers and managing agents expect to see.
Every install is handed over with a signal-test report per outlet, a schematic, equipment serials and a copy of the commissioning certificate.
Resident loses signal, we attend within agreed SLA — most contracts within 24 hours. No tenant queue, no script reading.
MATV (Master Antenna Television) is a communal Freeview-only system — one aerial feeding every flat. IRS (Integrated Reception System) adds satellite reception into the same distribution, so every flat can also subscribe to Sky or use Freesat from the communal dish farm. IRS is the modern standard for new builds and serious upgrades.
Yes. We work directly with developers, M&E consultants and main contractors. We survey the site, produce a schematic, specify CAI Code of Practice 7 compliant equipment, and price the install end-to-end including sign-off documentation.
In most blocks, yes. The existing risers are usually fine — the components that fail are the headend, amplifiers and multiswitches. We can typically deliver full IRS by replacing the rooftop equipment and re-using the existing in-flat cabling.
Yes. Quarterly and annual contracts include scheduled signal testing, headend inspection, weatherproofing checks and priority tenant call-out response. Consolidated monthly or quarterly invoicing — popular with managing agents looking after multiple sites.
Yes. Our installations meet the Confederation of Aerial Industries Code of Practice 7 and we provide signal-test reports per outlet, system schematics and commissioning certificates — everything a building inspector or warranty provider needs.
Under most contracts we attend within 24 hours of report, often the same day. Out-of-hours and weekend cover is available for hotel, care home and managed-residential clients.
